This year, we’ve had many warm days, but winter has suddenly arrived in full force. To express our gratitude and support our monthly plan users who ride every day despite the cold, we are launching a special campaign!
Take this opportunity not just to ride your usual route but also to explore places you’ve been curious about. You might discover something new and fall even more in love with this city!
Campaign Details
●Period：December 16, 2024, 00:00 – March 31, 2025, 23:59
●Eligibility：Users who have subscribed to the Monthly Pass 30 in the Kyoto area
●Campaign Benefit：The “Monthly Pass 30”, which allows unlimited free rides of up to 30 minutes, will be extended to 90 minutes per ride.Existing subscribers will have the campaign benefits automatically applied during the campaign period.
※Important Notes
・This campaign applies only to the “Monthly Pass 30” and does not cover other plans.
・The “Monthly Pass 30” costs ¥2,200/month (prorated if changed mid-month).
・If you exceed the free riding time, an extension fee of ¥44 per 10 minutes will apply.
How to Change Plans
１.Open the CLEW app and go to “Account” → “Check/Change Plan”.
２.Select “Monthly Pass 30”, choose “Change from the next day”, and submit your request.
Chance to Extend the Campaign Period!
Users who submit a form request will continue to enjoy the 90-minute free riding time until December 31, 2025.
Eligibility for the Extended Campaign
This extended campaign is available for:
・New users who subscribe to the “Monthly Pass 30”
・Existing users of the “Monthly Pass 30”
Benefit Details
Users who apply during the campaign period will have their “Monthly Pass 30” free riding time extended to 90 minutes until December 31, 2025.
Additional Notes
・If you change your plan after the campaign ends, you will not be able to reapply.
・This campaign may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
・If an incorrect ID is submitted, the campaign benefits will not be applied.
